Solar Energetic Particles (SEPs) are high-energy charged particles , composed of protons, electrons, and heavier ions. They are accelerated to near relativistic speeds during energetic solar events such as solar flares and Coronal Mass Ejection (CME). SEPs carry energies ranging from tens of keV(kiloelectronvolts) to several GeV(gigaelectronvolts) and can travel vast distances, reaching the Earth and beyond. It have a significant impacts on Earth. It can penetrate satellite shielding and damage electronic circuits, memory chips and solar panels. They can also pose a significant radiation hazard which can lead Astronauts to be at risk during space missions, especially those beyond low Earth orbit, Where exposure to radiation can lead to serious health risk. Thus understanding their effects is essential for safeguarding technology, ensuring the safety of astronauts, and predicting space weather. Time Series Analysis is method of analysis data points which are collected or recorded over different time intervals. It is used to understand the underlying structure of data, identifying patterns and forecasts. By identifying patterns , trends, and anomalies in SEP data we can predict events and improve space weather forecasting and also ensure safeguard for technologies as well as safety of astronauts.
